PLEASE NOTE: Tucson Family and Geriatric Medicine's Office Policy states that patients who are on multiple medications need to be seen every 6 months for refills. This can be a routine follow up exam and/or wellness exam with follow up on the same day. This does not apply for lower risk patients who do not have chronic disease and who are not on multiple medications.
